Bringing Christmas Cheer to Meadows

Faith is a core value of ours, so we don’t stop at spreading Christmas cheer to the Porter Pipe family—we extend it to our entire community. At Porter Pipe, we spent the month of December finding meaningful ways to connect with others, embrace our faith and make the season brighter through a variety of donations and events, including our annual visit to Meadows, a home for intellectually disabled adults.

Each year, our very own Joe Sucato breaks out the big red suit and long white beard to surprise Meadows residents with a visit from Santa. This year, with the help of our elves Mario, Alex, Joe and Catrina, we passed out gifts, participated in a sing along of Christmas favorites and presented the 94 residents of Meadows with a giant check donated from all of us at Porter Pipe.

The smiles on everyone’s faces that night said it all. Thank you to the entire team that made the trip to Meadows, donated to the cause and contributed to what Christmas is all about.
