Terms of Use
Welcome to the Porter Pipe and Supply Web site (the "Site"). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the Site. Porter Pipe and Supply may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this Web page. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your use of the Site.


	Privacy It is our policy to respect the privacy of individuals who visit the Site or provide Comments to us. Our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"), which you may view at www.porterpipe.com, is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you expressly consent to the use and disclosure of your personally identifiable and other information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Addison, Illinois without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Porter Pipe and Supply.

MOBILE WAREHOUSING

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* The customer will determine the contents of the trailer and quantities stocked. We ask that a detailed list of complete contents be given 1 week prior to trailer delivery.

* The entire contents of the trailer will be billed to the customer upon delivery to the job site, this can usually be billed to the general contractor, or end user by the mechanical contractor, at the time of delivery.

* Porter Pipe and Supply will pay for the cost of delivery of the trailer. The cost of the return of the trailer will be paid by the customer and billed against the credit for materials returned in the trailer.

* OSHA approved stairs will be delivered with the trailer and will be chained to the rear of the trailer.

* Pipe racks can be set-up inside the trailer for easy separation.

* The customer reserves the right to audit the contents and quantities or the trailer upon delivery to the packing slip provided.

* A lock for the trailer will be provided by Porter Pipe and Supply. Keys for the lock will be given to the customer upon delivery and we will maintain a key for purposes of restocking.

* All bins in the trailer will be labeled with content description and Porter Pipe and Supply bar code numbers.

* Restocking of the trailer will be done by the customer. The request for restock list will be issued to us by the customer, and will be billed in full at the time of delivery.

* Porter Pipe and Supply will be responsible for insurance of the trailer. The contents of the trailer will be the property of the customer and will be insured by them. Shrinkage will be the responsibility of the customer.

* Upon completion of job, a credit will be issued for the complete contents of the trailer. Any non-stock items will carry a 20% restocking. Regular stock items will have a 15% restocking charge.

* A copy of all deliveries made to the trailer including the initial stock delivery ticket will be kept in a plastic pouch on the wall at the rear of the trailer.

* Our trailers are the best our industry has to offer. We are proud of the care that is taken in custom designing each trailer to your jobsite needs.
